structured communication
retrospectives every two weeks with documented action items. we run people-work the same way we run project-work: owned, triaged, followed up, and closed out.
shared infrastructure
a shared stack across servers, storage, media, monitoring, and the home network. SSO-provisioned from day one; jellyfin, dashboards, and docs are part of onboarding.
shared economics
outside-income partners pay a household share. household-funded roles receive rent, food, and one monthly stipend. shared infrastructure costs are optional.

you go on a few dates, do a sleepover trial, and if it works you get onboarded: SSO, calendar access, your dietary needs and preferences documented, and a copy of the partner guide. work arrangements are flexible. see our work policy.
if a partnership ends, there's a 31-day window to sort out access, accounts, and who owns what. the process exists because this is already hard enough.
